Home on the border between the city and the natural world

Haabersti with its diversified looks is a rapidly developing district. The residential area to be built by BlueSky is located in the immediate vicinity of Rocca al Mare and Lake Harku, around a  5-minute drive from Rocca al Mare shopping centre and the beach promenade. Lake and seaside make a perfect home for families fond of the city life yet who also appreciate nature.

The residential area will be built in two stages, the first stage of which will be completed in 2019. In the second stage of construction, it is planned to build private houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and apartment buildings – a total of almost 100 new homes.

We plan to start II stage construction and sales in the beginning of 2022.

A large part of the area’ s trade, sports clubs and leisure opportunities are concentrated in the vicinity of the Haabersti´s roundabout – the Rocca al Mare Centre, Saku Suurhall, Tallinn Zoo, Estonian Open Air Museum, etc.
