Viimsi residential area to be built by BlueSky is located 4 km from the centre of Viimsi. As it is surrounded by forest areas and located far enough from existing residential areas, Viimsi offers a peaceful and comfortable living environment to any family seeking a natural, yet suburban residence. It is literally a home in the midst of nature.

We have planned 254 new homes here – building almost 100 private houses, 4 semi-detached houses and 30 terraced houses, which together form a complete residential area.
