Home on the border between the city and the natural world

Haabersti with its diversified looks is a rapidly developing district. The residential area to be built by BlueSky is located in the immediate vicinity of Rocca al Mare and Lake Harku, around a  5-minute drive from the Rocca al Mare shopping centre and the beach promenade. The lake and the seaside make for a perfect home for families fond of the city life yet who also appreciate nature.

The residential area will be built in two stages, the first stage of which was completed in 2019. In the second stage of construction, it is planned to build private houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and apartment buildings – 105 new homes in total.

We plan to start II stage sales in the second half of 2022 and construction in 2023.
