JÜRI RESIDENTIAL AREA

Jüri is a small borough, an excellent suburban environment with good infrastructure where you can live and work, located only 13 km from the centre of Tallinn, the capital. It takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the great shopping centre Ülemiste and the airport.

The BlueSky development area is located on the edge of the borough, where private houses, terraced houses and apartment buildings are planned. We plan and develop a complex and stylistically identical residential area covering nearly 300 new homes.

We plan to start construction and sales in the beginning of 2022.
